A convicted sex offender has admitted breaching a sexual offences prevention order.
Martin Gregory Coll, whose address was given on court papers as Donal Casey Court, admitted breaching the order on July 15.
The 52-year-old admitted residing at an address which was not approved by police, namely Donal Casey Court.
Coll was released from prison just over a week ago after receiving a six month sentence suspended for three years for sexual assault.
He is subject to the sexual offences prevention order for five years.
Defence solicitor Seamus Quigley told the court there was no application for bail.
