A teenager is to stand trial at Derry Crown Court accused of falsely imprisoning and assaulting a man.
Kevin McLaughlin, of Mary Street, is charged with false imprisonment, assault occasioning actual bodily harm and common assault.
The charges relate to an alleged incident between March 22 and 25, last year.
During a brief hearing at the local magistrates court, the 19-year-old declined to say anything in answer to the charges or to call any evidence on his own behalf.
McLaughlin was released on continuing bail and will appear at the crown court for arraignment on January 23.
