A County Donegal man has appeared in court accused of masturbating on a bus.
Patrick Gavin Porter, of Grange, Inch Island, is charged with indecent exposure and committing an act outraging public decency.
The offences relate to an alleged incident on a bus from Dublin on June 22.
The 38-year-old who has similar relevant convictions was remanded in custody for fear of further offences.
He will appear in court again via videolink on September 25.
