A 49-year-old man has appeared in court charged with a historic sex offence.
John Gerald Fox, of The Crescent, faces two charges of indecent assault on a female.
The offences were allegedly committed between March 1 and May 31, 1986.
Fox declined to say anything in answer to the charges or to call any evidence on his own behalf.
Defence solicitor Seamus Quigley accepted there is a case for his client to answer.
Fox was released on his own bail of £500 to appear at the crown court on November 12.
