A 23-year-old man is to stand trial at Derry Crown Court accused of burglary and driving offences.
David Connors, whose address was given on court papers as c/o Maghaberry, faces three charges of burglary and four of aggravated vehicle taking.
Connors is also charged with driving whilst disqualified and assault on police. The charges relate to alleged incidents in the Rosemount area of the city on May 6, last year.
The 23-year-old declined to say anything in answer to the charges or to call any evidence on his own behalf. He was remanded in custody until Febuary 20.
