Denies drugs offence

A man has denied possessing a class A drug with intent to supply.

Peter Gallagher, of Bonds Hill, pleaded not guilty to possessing cocaine with intent to supply.

However, the 23-year-old admitted simple possession of the drug on August 7, last year.

Derry Crown Court heard the trial, which has been listed for hearing on May 18, is expected to last three days.
