A 69-year-old man has denied possessing drugs with intent to supply.
William Duncan, of Moore Street, denied possessing cannabis and amphetamine with intent to supply.
He also denied concealing criminal property on February 25.
Derry Crown Court heard the trial is expected to last three days and has been listed for February 25.
A defence barrister told the court the pensioner accepts possession of the drugs but was under ‘duress’.
Duncan was remanded in custody to appear in court again next month.
