A man who was shot last year is to stand trial at Derry Crown Court accused of drugs offences.
Connor Casey, of Lisfannon Park, is charged with possessing cannabis with intent to supply on January 11, last year.
The 30-year-old is further charged with simple possession of the class B drug.
Defence solicitor Paddy MacDermott initially made an application for anonymity, however the application was withdrawn.
Casey declined to say anything in answer to the charges or call any evidence on his own behalf.
He was released on his own bail of £300 to appear at the crown court on September 19.
