A 20-year-old man is to stand trial at Derry Crown Court accused of drugs offences.
Patrick Michael O’Hara, of Meadowview Crescent, faces a total of 22 charges between November 16 and December 17, last year.
They include possessing a class B drug with intent to supply, namely 4-Mec, being concerned in an offer to supply 4-Mec and cannabis and being concerned in an offer to supply diazepam.
During a brief hearing at the local magistrates court, O’Hara declined to say anything in answer to the charges or call any evidence on his own behalf.
Defence solicitor Paddy MacDermott accepted there is a case for his client to answer.
The 20-year-old was remanded in custody to appear at the crown court on November 4.
