A 22-year-old man has appeared in court accused of possessing a knife at a mental health organisation.
Kyle Rowan, whose address was given on court papers as Kings Lane, Ballykelly, is charged with possessing a knife at Praxis Mental Health on March 27.
He is further charged with making a threat to kill.
An investigating officer told Derry Magistrates Court he believed he could connect the 22-year-old to the charges.
Rowan was released on his own bail of £250, ordered to have no contact with the alleged injured party or witnesses and banned from entering Belfast and Ballymena. He will appear in court again on May 9.
