Man hit on head with brick

A man has been hit on the head with a brick in Derry.

Police say the incident happened at around 4.30am on August 8 on Ferryquay Street.

“ It is believed a group of males were involved in the incident which left the victim with a large gash to the head,” a PSNI spokeswoman said.
