David McIntyre of Northland Road appeared at the Court on Tuesday to face three counts of offering to supply cannabis on three different dates in October, 2012.

He also faced a charge that in December, 2012 he was found to be in possession of a Class C controlled drug, namely diazepam.

A fourth charge was that, also in December 2012, he was found to be in possession of a Class A substance, namely Methylenedioxymethanmphetamine, more commonly known as MDMA or ecstasy.
