A 43-year-old man is to stand trial at Derry Crown Court accused of drugs offences.
Daniel Gerald Doherty, of Liscannor Park, faces a total of six drugs charges, including possessing cocaine, MDMA and cannabis with intent to supply.
The 43-year-old is further charged with simple possession of class A and class B drugs. All the offences were allegedly committed on July 14, last year.
During a brief hearing at the local magistrate’s court, Doherty declined to say anything in answer to the charges or to call any evidence on his own behalf.
Defence solicitor Kevin Casey accepted there is a case for his client to answer.
Doherty was released on continuing bail and will appear at the crown court for arraignment on March 11.
