Two men are to stand trial at Derry Crown Court accused of possessing £4,000 from the proceeds of crime.
John McMurray, 24, of Woodrow Gardens, County Down and 25-year-old Gregory O’Hagan, of Glenbrae Gardens, are charged with possessing and concealing criminal property, namely £4,000 in cash.
O’Hagan is further charged with being concerned in an offer to supply cocaine, supplying viagra without a prescription and possessing counterfeit £20 notes between January and October last year.
Both men declined to say anything in answer to the charges or call any evidence on their own behalf.
They will appear in court again on November 5.
