A man has denied the robbery of a Derry off-licence, in which almost £24,000 was stolen.
Garth William Cullen, of Daly’s Crescent, pleaded not guilty to further charges of aggravated burglary with intent to steal and two charges of false imprisonment. It is alleged the 26-year-old was armed with a firearm during the robbery.
The offences relate to an alleged incident at Chill Off-Licence, Racecourse Road on February 20, last year.
Derry Crown Court was told the trial has been listed for November 20, but will be reviewed again next month.
Cullen was released on continuing bail until the day of trial.
