A 63-year-old woman who admitted breaching a restraining order has received a suspended sentence.
Bridget Marie Toal, of Lyndhurst Road, pleaded guilty to four breaches of the court order between September 29 and November 21, last year.
Suspending the sentence District Judge Barney McElholm said this is the 63-year-old’s ‘very, very last chance’.
He said if there are any further breaches Toal will go to jail.
The judge suspended a four month sentence for two years and ordered the 63-year-old to spend 12 months on probation.
