One of the highlights of this year’s Belfast Film Festival is a new feature starring two Derry actors.
Antonia Campbell-Hughes and Eva Birthistle take lead roles in ‘Swansong’ which screens at the Queen’s Film Theatre on Sunday, April 17.
The film details the impact of an affair and how people can self-destruct in the face of deceit.
Director Douglas Ray will take part in a Q&A following the screening along with Antonia Campbell-Hughes.
She says: “This film has great pace, is at times hilarious and also quite shocking. It’s a great example of quality film making on a budget.”
“I’m so delighted to be included in the Belfast Film Festival and to be coming along for ‘Swansong’,” she said.
