Derry children urged to get fit and support Heart Foundation charity

British Heart Foundation (BHF) Northern Ireland is urging teachers, youth workers and parents to get children in Derry healthy by signing up to take part in Artie’s Olympics, Ultimate Dodgeball or Jump Rope For Heart.

All three BHF Northern Ireland events aim to get children active and to enjoy physical activity from an early age and are open to schools, youth groups and nurseries. Artie’s Olympics is tailored for children aged three to eight and Ultimate Dodgeball and Jump Rope For Heart for young people aged seven to 16.

The great news is BHF Northern Ireland gives you everything you need to take part, so it’s simple to organise and the activities are suitable for children of all abilities. Plus you get to raise money for your heart charity, to help continue our life saving work, and raise money for your school, youth group or nursery.
