A spokesman for the organisers said: “This timely seminar will provide an opportunity to hear from Diversity Champions organisations in Northern Ireland about their diversity and inclusion initiatives to celebrate gender and sexual minorities in the workplace.

“The seminar will explore the business case for diversity in terms of recruitment, growth, CSR [Corporate Social Responsibility], talent management and planning and provide attendees with an opportunity to hear about the Diversity Champions programme for their organisation and how they can promote and experience these workplace benefits for themselves.”
