The Hooley on the Hill Festival which takes place this weekend has a packed programme of events for young people in the Waterside to enjoy. The Top of the Hill festival which will be officially launched tonight at ICC, Trench Road, by the Mayor Colr. Campbell has a host of events tonight, tomorrow and Sunday with something for everyone.
There’s a puppet show tonight as well a football competition, an overnight trip to Culdaff and a late night movie for teenagers. Tomorrow’s events inclcude a Trddy Bears’ Picnic, a fun day and a film/pizza night, while on Suday there’s a Gaelic blitz, a Top of the Hill Legends v Clifton Villa Legends football match, bingo, a Stars in Their Eyes competition and a disco. The festival will come to a close with a fireworks display at ICC at 10.30pm on Sunday.
