Gardening presentation lecture on polytunnel gardening will take place in Serenity House at 8 p.m. on Thursday, 23 April.

What promises to be a very informative meeting, organised by Marie Keating Foundation as part of a Healthy Living campaign, will be held soon in Serenity House. This is a free course. Further details will be available later.

Serenity House offers a free Counselling services every Friday in Serenity House, Moville. Referrals from HSE, G.P. and others.

Serenity House Tea Dance will take place in the Redcastle Hotel on Sunday 26 April with music by Ed Sweeney. Fare for the trip to Cork in May is now due.

Serenity House is organising a new course for Needlework and Patchwork for beginners starting soon, names now being taken.

Names are also being taken for another “Step-On-It” walking programme due to commence in Serenity House. . Tea/coffee and scones provided after each session. other upcoming courses include, Basic Computers, ECDL, Food Hygiene, Beginners Patchwork, E-mail and Internet. Serenity Games take place in Glencrow Hall on Wednesdays. This project is of great value to all ages and is facilitated by a trained facilitator. Afternoon tea provided after games. Please forward names to 0749382945.

Inish Cycling Club is hosting a fundraising cycle for Foyle Search and Rescue/ The Irish Hospice Foundation. Saturday 9th May starting from Moville. Parents and Children of Scoil Cholmcille, Greencastle will hold their annual clean up of Greencastle tomorrow from 12-2pm, as part of National Spring Clean Month. Anyone who would like to get involved should meet at the school at 12 noon. Light refreshments will be served afterwards.

Care of the Aged Appeal for Charity Shop Donations -If you have any unwanted clothes, shoes, handbags, DVDs, jewellery, books or unwanted gifts why not donate them to a worthwhile cause? All donations gratefully received by Moville Care of the Aged Charity Shop (opposite the Cosy Cottage). Open Monday – Friday 10am – 4.30pm.

There were no winners of this week’s Moville Celtic lotto jackpot. Numbers drawn were - 2,12,13,22. €20 draw winners, Bryna Barr, Danny Murphy, Amy Burns. Next week’s jackpot will be €1,700.
