Jewellery and cash stolen from house in Aberfoyle Crescent

Detectives in Derry are investigating a burglary at a house in Aberfoyle Crescent South. The burglary was reported to police on Thursday 12th March and it is believed that entry was gained to the house sometime between 8.30am and 5.40pm.

Detective Inspector David McQuade said, “Entry was gained to the house by breaking a kitchen window to the rear of the property and a sum of cash and jewellery was stolen.

I would appeal to anyone who noticed any suspicious activity in the area or who has any information to contact CID at Strand Road on 101. Information can also be passed anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
