Kerala Association to host multi-cultural event

The local Kerala Association ishosting a multi-cultural event at the Waterside Theatre this Saturday 3rd January, from 3pm-8pm.

Featuring a host of local dancers and showcasing the wonderful cuisine of India, there is plenty happening to keep the whole family entertained.

With a multi-cultural feel there will be dancers performing Bollywood, Irish, salsa and line dancing.

The mission of the Kerala Association is to promote the social and cultural well-being of the Indian Malayalee (Keralite) Community residing in the local area, by preserving and maintaining the rich culture, heritage and values of motherland, Kerala.

These events provide an opportunity for the members, to understand, develop and display their talents and skills and all are welcome to join this spectacle of colour, song and dance.

Tickets need to be booked by Wednesday 31st December to facilitate catering and can be booked through the Waterside Theatre website or by calling Josie on 07896313326. Ticket prices are £10 each, a family of two adults and one child is £20, with each additional person £5, and children under 4 are free.
