Get out of that 'gay' lifestyle

Sir, I read with some interest the article you published about the great watershed that Obama has provided for the 'gay' community.

Just because you are the president of the United States does not make everything you say and do right - it only gives you a wider audience. Unfortunately for the many souls that will be encouraged to 'dabble' in this lifestyle to their severe detriment, there is not yet one shred of proof as to the validity of such a lifestyle.

The American Psychological Association, which has been used so much in recent years by the gay community as proof that homosexuality is more than just deviant behaviour, has just published an article stating that there is no gay gene! Science itself proves that there is no gay gene - you need to have at least 2.1 (average) children for each 'couple' for the population to increase but in general very few GLBT couple actually produce children.

Run that over thirty or forty generations and the gene will breed itself out of existence!

Maybe God made us this way? The Word of God tells us in the old and new testament that the gay lifestyle is an abomination - not God's will! He also provided a way out of this lifestyle, as has been chosen by many. To trust the one man - Jesus Christ - that still offers a real lifelong, fulfilling, relationship.

Sadly it is not the law or other institutions that are causing the many 'psychological' problems that those in the gay community suffer. It is their own consciences and knowledge that their relationships are unfulfilled, lacking, impulsive, compulsive and fraught with health risks.

When those in the gay community look around - seeing a young husband and wife with a pram and a baby, an older husband and wife holding hands, churches preaching that it is God's plan 'for one man to be with one woman till death do us part' - they are reminded that they are wrong, plainly and simply. But instead of changing themselves (as they should) they want the whole world to revolve around them.

Hence the pro-homosexual/anti heterosexual legislation in every sphere of life.

I cannot close without referring to a comment at the end of the article in which it was stated that homophobia destroys lives. To date those that involve themselves in this lifestyle are doing far too good a job at that themselves for anybody else to even bother.

With the shortened lifespans (up to 40%) and the mental problems associated with such a life, no external influences are required - these lives are set on self-destruct.

The examples of the Netherlands and San Francisco show that laws protecting 'gay' people have not made them any happier at all.

I want the best for souls in this movement and getting out of it and away from any influence of it would seem to me to be the best thing that could happen. It causes me grief, it costs me time and money, and it is always for the cause of such lost souls.

Hitler said that the lies most easily believed were the biggest, loudest and most repeated.

Yours,

Pastor Mark Bradfield
