A former director of a high profile Derry charity has appeared in court this morning accused of forgery and fraud.
Edward Kerr, former director of SEEDS - a multi-cultural services support group - faces a total of 15 charges.
They include four charges of forgery, four of using a false instrument and seven of fraud by false representation.
The offences were allegedly committed between February 2009 and March 2011.
Kerr, who is aged 59 and from Ashfield Terrace in the city,was released on his own bail of £500 at Derry Magistrate’s Court and will appear at the crown court for arraignment on January 6.
