A 58 year-old man has been charged with the murder of Barry McCrory in Derry.
Ciaran McLaughlin was arrested on Wednesday following a week-long police operation.
He is due to appear at Derry Magistrate’s Court tomorrow morning. He faces further charges in relation to firearms offences.
Barry McCrory (35) was shot dead in a flat Shipquay Street in Derry on Thursday, October 10. McLaughlin was arrested following an extensive six day cross-border policing operation which involved hundreds of officers.
