A seasonal touch at Christmas!
The weather leant a seasonal touch to the Christmas season with snow and heavy frost while it restricted travelling.
The area shone resplendent in the winter sunshine. The final of the Culdaff FC Parker League will take place in McGuinness' Bar on Monday, 11th January commencing at 8.30 p.m. Congratulations to Declan McLaughlin (under 11) Darragh Folan (under 12); Dillan Ruddy (under (14) Patrick McGrenaghan; Adam Byrne and Matthew Crampsey (under 15) who have all been selected for the Inishowen Squads. First Aid Cardiac First Response Course. This course will teach the participant how to respond to cardiac arrest, heart attack, stroke and choking. The Course will also show how to perform CPR and defibrillation. It will be delivered at various locations throughout Inishowen over two evenings commencing in January, 2010. The country's most northernly National Car Test Centre is to open up this month at Liss in Carndonagh. A much needed service in Inishowen.

The fourth annual Dylan fest in honour of American music legend Bob Dylan will take place in Moville from 1st July, this year to the 4th.
Serenity House, Moville is organising a six days trip to Wales which will take place on 2nd May, 2010.
