Accused of stealing £300 in fish and chip shop burglary

A Derry woman accused of stealing £300 from a fish and chip shop has appeared at Derry Magistrate’s Court.

Susan Crawford (28), of 45 Kinsale Park, Derry pleaded not guilty to a charge of burglary.

She is accused of entering as a trespasser The Battered Cod fast food take away at Seymour Gardens and stealing around £300 on November 20, 2010.

She pleaded not guilty to two further charges of possession and unlawful supply of the drug mephadrone.

The charges also relate to November 20, 2010.

The case was adjourned for contest at Derry Magistrate’s Court on March 3.
