20 year-old accused of weekend burglary

A 20-year-old man has appeared in court in connection with a house burglary at the weekend.

Daniel Armstrong, of Fernabbey Drive, is charged with the burglary of a house in Springvale Park on March 9.

He is further charged with common assault, taking a car without consent, criminal damage and attempted arson. Armstrong was released on his own bail of £500, banned from consuming alcohol or non prescribed drugs. He will appear in court again on April 8.
