Bail on charge of assault on female, causing bodily harm

A 36 year-old Newbuildings man has been charged with assaulting a female last August, occasioning actual bodily harm.

Derry Magistrate’s Court heard on Wednesday that police believed they could connect Graham Stewart Williams of Duncastle Park with the assault.

Presiding District Judge, Paul Conway released Graham on his own bail of £350 pending a further appearance in court on January 31.

He was ordered not to be intoxicated in any public place and not to have any contact, direct or indirect, with the complainant.
