Bangor man Foy Vance to appear at the Waterfront

BANGOR man Foy Vance, will play an intimate, standing only, gig at the Studio, Waterfront Hall on Saturday (July 21) at 8pm.

Following his stunning performance with the Ulster Orchestra in May, the Waterfront Hall is delighted to welcome back Foy Vance, whose charisma on stage and soulful voice ensures audiences come away mesmerised.

Foy released his dbut album ‘Hope’ on July 2, featuring his already popular songs Indiscriminate Act of Kindness and Gabriel and the Vagabond.

Tickets (10) are on sale now from the Waterfront Box Office, 028 9033 4455.

The gig is one of many by local and national talent as part of the Waterfront’s 2007 trans programme, promoting and supporting creative and urban arts.

Look out for London DJ legend Ashley Beedle at the Black Box on Friday 20 July; Flykkiller at the Black Box on Friday 27 July; record-breaking world champion DJs Pfel and Atom as Beatorrent at the Crescent Arts Centre on Friday 3 August and The Winding Stair, fresh from their appearance at Glastonbury, at The John Hewitt on Sunday, 5 August.
