Irish Red Cross defibrillator/CPR course
The Glengad branch of the Irish Red Cross will be running a Defibrillator/CPR course in September/October.
New members are urgently needed. The course will provide participants with an excellent opportunity to help others in the community. To book a place on this course phone or text your details to 086 3593271.
Vintage Rally: Carndonagh vintage and classic car club are holding their second annual vintage rally at the Malin Road, Carndonagh on Sunday 6th September at 12noon. Admission is 5euro. The Computer Suite at Inishowen Development Partnership is now enrolling for Autumn FETAC courses. There will be a bus travelling to the Auld Lammas fair in Ballycastle, Co Antrim on Monday, August 24. The bus will be leaving from the Diamond in Carndonagh at 8.00am, picking up in the Square, Clonmany at 8.30am and Supervalu, Buncrana at 9.00pm. A Sponsored Cycle will be held on Sunday, September 6, leaving from SuperValu, Carndonagh at 10am. There will be a few different routes to suit all abilities. All proceeds in aid of the Foyle Hospice and Donegal Hospice. Sponsor cards available or you can pay 10 euro (adult) or 5 euro (child) registration on the day.
