Line dancing back on tonight
Wesley Hall Courses commencing early in the year are the basic one-to-one computer or internet classes.
These are 8 week courses and the fee is 60 euro. Monday night dancing will recommence on 18th January and line dancing, this Friday 8th January both at 8.30pm. Names are now being taken for the Card making class which will start shortly, to book telephone 9329680.
New Year New You- A Style and Image course will commence in Wesley Hall, Carndonagh on 14th January (five weeks) from 8p.m – 10p.m. Cost 60 euro per person (20 euro deposit at time of booking to Wesley Hall, balance due on start date). To book call into the Wesley Hall or telephone 9329680, there are only two places remaining, so book soon. This course is designed to give you the practical skills needed to update or improve your image!
The local organisers of the recent draw held in Carndonagh in aid of the Foyle and Donegal Hospice wish to say a huge thank you to all who so generously supported it, and to all the ticket sellers who willingly helped out. Pat Porter, Carndonagh was the winner of the Hamper, and Samuel Lee, Buncrana won the second prize. A special thank you to G & S Supermarket who allowed us to sell the lines on their premises, and to Siobhan McElhinney for the lovely presentation of the hamper. The amount raised was 1,427 euro.
Unislim New Class opened in Wesley Hall on Wednesdays from 5.45-6.45. Express weigh in 6.45pm.
Slimming World takes place in the Strand Hotel, Ballyliffen every Wednesday night at 7pm. Now is the time to make the effort to get rid of the extra pounds that slipped on over Christmas.

Carndonagh Irish Countrywomen's Association (ICA) 2010 sees the ICA reaching their centenary year, this is a great time to become a member of this organisation. New members are always welcome and the first meeting of the year takes place in The Wesley Hall Carndonagh on Tuesday 12th January at 8.30pm. Why not come along and make some new friends – all women over the age of 16 are very welcome.
The Church gate collection for Motor Neuron realised 1,080 euro the organisers wish to thank all the collectors and those who contributed to this worthy cause.
