Rally to protest at Allen murder

Neighbours and friends of murdered Derryman Andy Allen have called on the people of the city to support them at a rally in the Waterside on Saturday afternoon.

One of the organisers said they were organising the rally as a way of showing their anger at his brutal murder.

Andy Allen, a 24 year-old father of two, was shot dead at his home on the outskirts of Buncrana last Thursday night. He was a member of a well-known family from the Top of the Hill area.
