The PSNI are investigating reports of a suspicious object in Southway in the Creggan area of the city.

It was reported to the police around 12.30pm and the road has been sealed off while PSNI officers examine the scene. No properties have been evacuated but residents of Kildrum Gardens in Creggan have been advised to remain in their homes.
