A ceili will be held in St. Patricks Hall, Malin Town, to-night Dancing is from 10pm - 1am to the lively Cottage Ceili Band. Admission is 5euro and supper will be served. All welcome. Proceeds are in aid of Urblereagh National School.

The Malin GAA annual dinner dance will take place in the Malin Hotel to-morrow night. Music by Shunnie Crampsey, tickets 25euro from committee members.

Glengad Youth Club are making St. Brigid's Crosses to-morrow nightat 8pm in the Community Centre, Glengad. Please bring rushes and everyone is welcome.

Glengad Community Association is running a traditional boat building course in Glengad beginning mid-February and lasting for twenty weeks approximately. Scoil Treasa Naofa, Malin - enrolment forms for Sept 2009 are now available at the school. Completed forms should be returned by Friday 13th March 2009.

Cash for Clobber' next collection date is Friday 6th February. Bags of clothes, shoes, handbags, bed linen etc. can be left in the school. Your support is greatly appreciated.

The Parish is organizing a pilgrimage to Fatima and Estoril from 18th-25th June 2009. If anyone is interested please contact Fr. Crowley.

This pilgrimage presents us with the opportunity to visit Fatima for three days and the city of Lisbon the birthplace of St. Anthony of Padua. There will also be four days in Estoril seaside resort. The cost is 809euro for flights, meals and transfers for 7 nights/8days. Savings scheme will begin soon. Those who wish to go on the pilgrimage needs to confirm their place with a 50euro deposit as soon as possible to confirm booking.

I.D.O.L. – Inishowen Digital Older Learners -Inishowen Development Partnership is currently recruiting participants for its new project: I.D.O.L. The project aims to provide ICT skills to older people living in rural areas in Inishowen by offering them free training in their own homes. Initially, the course content is for beginners. Course Content includes basic computer operations, letter writing, Microsoft word, Internet, Email and mobile phone usage etc. 6 people per group, 2 hours a week. Women's competitive football has resumed on Wednesdays at 8pm and on Saturdays at 6pm at the GAA club. Training for U14 girls takes place every Wednesday between 5pm and 6pm.
