Teen arrested over attack on PSNI released

A teenager arrested in connection to an attack on police in Derry has been released without charge.

The 18-year old was arrested yesterday in connection to the attack - in which an explosive device was thrown at the PSNI - in Creggan on June 2.

“The 18 year old male who was arrested yesterday in relation to an explosive device thrown at a police patrol in the Creggan estate of Derry on 2nd June has been released without charge,” a PSNI spokeswoman says.
