Teen on GBH charge

A teenager has been returned for trial at Derry's Crown Court.

Harry Boyle, 18, of Ard Grange is charged with grievous bodily harm with intent on May 4, 2008.

During a preliminary enquiry held at Derry Magistrate’s Court, defence solicitor Leona Breslin conceded there was a prima facie case to answer.

Boyle was released on his own bail of 1000 and ordered not to have any contact with the injured party. He will appear in court again on September 1 for arraignment.
