A major fire sculpture show by internationally renowned Mark Hill from LUXe Productions will be held during the Gasyard Feile Finale on Monday (August 15).

The 45-minute Rise of the Phoenix show will form the centre-piece of the finale celebrations, which will run from 7pm until 11pm at Gasyard Park in the Bogside.

Alongside the fire display, there will be a children’s play zone, live music from local artist Eamon Harkin, young up-and-coming band The Touts, and Portabello.

Part of the festival also includes Mark Hill giving a master class with local people in designing and creating fire drawings, which will become part of the performance on the evening.
