A man arrested yesterday by detectives investigating a failed double bomb attack in Derry has been released unconditionally.
The 40 year-old was arrested by detectives from Serious Crime Branch investigating the attempted bomb attacks near Derry City Council offices in September last year.

Two devices were discovered close to Derry City Council offices at Strand Road on September 20 last year. A Foyle Search and Rescue volunteer found a rucksack which contained a pipe bomb along the river bank. Shortly afterwards police called to the scene discovered a second device which was attached to a bicycle chained to an embankment railing.
