““I have been contacted by a number of people concerned about reports that a man has been exposing himself to passers-by in the Lowry’s Lane area of the city,” said Colr. Cooper.

“This is very worrying situation as this lane is used by a high volume of people on a daily basis.

“Following these reports I contacted the PSNI and raised my concerns .I would urge anyone who sees anyone acting suspiciously or falls victim to this person to bring forward that information to the PSNI,” concluded Colr. Cooper.
