The MS Society will share the latest Multiple Sclerosis research news and provide an update on recent breakthroughs at an information evening taking place next Tuesday 18th November from 7-9pm at The Everglades Hotel, Derry.
Dr James O’Malley, Research Communications Officer, MS Society explains, “We’re working with partners around the world to fund research that we believe will beat MS for good.
“We’ve already made important breakthroughs, and big advances in MS treatments are possible within our lifetimes. This information evening gives me an exciting opportunity to share the latest innovations in MS research.
“The talk will focus primarily on progressive MS but we’ll also cover important topics such as stem cells, exercise, fatigue management and disease modifying drugs. I would like to encourage anyone with an interest in MS to join us for this research update.”
The Information Day is free of charge and everyone is welcome to attend. Registration is required. Please email nireception@mssociety.org.uk or call 028 90 802 802 (Mon–Fri from 9am–5pm).
