Naiscoil Cois Feabhail, Greencastle is holding its annual fundraising quiz in Rawdon’s Bar tonight at 8.30pm.  Spot prizes and raffle with proceeds in aid of Naiscoil funds. All welcomDo you know of people that would be interested in Community Gardening? The healthy gardening project is a ten-week programme which will be held in the grounds of the Nursing Unit, Buncrana.  It will start in early April for one day a week for three to four hours and will be delivered by experts in gardening, health and environmental issues. If you know of people that would be interested or want to find out more information, please contact Pauline or Mary at Inishowen Development Partnership on 9362218

The Good Morning Service County Donegal is launching a new project the ‘Friendly Face Befriending Scheme’, covering the Inishowen Primary care area. The Friendly Face Befriending Scheme will be aimed at further reducing the social isolation of people over the age of 60yrs in the Inishowen community through the matching of a volunteer befriender with an individual who may feel socially isolated or vulnerable. Volunteers will participate in comprehensive training and have Garda Clearance before they are matched with a befriendee. Entries are now being taken for an Easter Junior Golf Camp at Ballyliffin Golf Club. The 2 day course will run on Tuesday April 10th and Wednesday April 11th and is suitable for children up to 16 years. Carndonagh Community Market is on every Saturday at the Colgan Hall, Carndonagh from 12-3pm.  We have a variety of stalls selling local, homemade and handcrafted produce - from locally produced food to unique Inishowen handcrafted goods.  We also have live music, hot food, and a warm welcome!  Pop in for a chat and a cuppa.  We are always keen to welcome new stallholders, if you would be interested you can contact us through our website - www.carnmarket.com - or chat to any of the current stallholders.

There was no winner of the 2,500 euro jackpot in the Carrowmena FC Lotto which took place on Sunday 18th of March.
