Taste the best of local produce from culinary purveyors across the Causeway Coast and Glens at ‘A Celebration of Food’ in Limavady on Saturday 4th July, 2015.

Staff at The Roe Valley Arts and Cultural Centre host the best of local produce during this “not to be missed” one-day food event, between 10an and 4pm.

“Local producers will be providing a wide variety of artisan food stalls, tastings, cookery demonstrations and talks. With so much delicious produce for sale and new produce to sample, there is certainly something to whet everyone’s appetite,” said a spokesperson.

“There will also be children’s entertainment, including face-painting, balloon modelling and dressed-up characters. Special offers will take place in various shops across Limavady on the day. Special guest and local celebrity chef Paula McIntyre - a resident chef on BBC Radio Ulster - will be cooking up a storm and sharing her culinary skills.

Paula - who comes from a farming background - enjoys traditional home cooking and uses the finest ingredients sourced from within Northern Ireland in all of her recipes. She will be joined by a selection of local chefs in demonstrating cooking with local produce.
