A 43 year old woman and two males, aged 44 and 57, arrested in Derry yesterday by Detectives from Serious Crime Branch investigating a series of offences committed at the wake and subsequent funeral of Peggy O’Hara have been released unconditionally.

Police are conducting an investigation into a paramilitary show of strength at the funeral involving up to 50 masked men and women.

Peggy O’Hara was the mother of Derry man Patsy O’Hara who died on hunger strike in Long Kesh in 1981.
