The festive season is fast approaching and it is now only days until the first of many Christmas fairs and events gets under way. Here’s some of those coming up….

The Guildhall Craft Fair, the Guildhall, Friday November 17 to Sunday, November 19. Friday 12noon to - 8pm; Saturday 10am - 6pm, and Sunday 11am to 6pm.

St Columb’s Cathedral Christmas Tree Festival, November 17 to December 21, St Columb's Cathedral, 17 London Street.

Winter Wonderland at Waterside Shared Village, Irish Street, Friday December 8 and Saturday December 9, session times are as follows: Fri: 5pm - 6pm, 6.15pm - 7.15pm and 7.30pm - 8.30pm; Sat: 1pm - 2pm, 2.15pm - 3.15pm and 3.30pm - 4.30pm. £2 per child and adults free. Tickets must be booked in advance via Hillcrest Trust or Irish St Community Centre.
