A 40-year-old police officer is to go on trial charged with 11 counts of unlawfully obtaining personal data.
Grainne Mullan, whose address was given as Strand Road, Derry, on court papers, appeared at Limavady Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday.
Mullan faces 11 charges of knowingly or recklessly, without the consent of the data controller, obtained or disclosed personal data or the information contained in the personal data held on NICHE records.
The charges relate to dates between 4th July, 2013 and 16th January, 2014.
Mullan has been returned for trial at Derry Crown Court on August 28th. She was released on bail of £500.
