The Rainbow Rehoming Centre is seeking new directors for their board.
The Eglinton-based animal charity said it hopes that the new directors will bring their experience to the roles and will be able to add to the abundance of fresh ideas to take the charity forward.
The Rainbow Rehoming Centre relies totally on donations from the public to help rescue and rehome stray and unwanted dogs and cats.
The charity was founded 19 years ago by local woman, Helen Davies.
The deadline for applications to become part of the board is May 13, and it is hoped the new directors will be able to bring additional management skills and feed into areas such as promotions, fundraising and PR and media.
