If you want to learn the first steps towards the “purest form of meditation” then why not go along to Derry’s Tower Hotel on Tuesday, July 31 at 7pm.
An open invitation is extended to a free class in Sahaja Yoga Meditation.
Sahaja Yoga is a method of meditation which, according to practitioners, “enables us to discover the true source of inner peace, balance and contentment which is already present within each one of us.”
Sessions are meditation based and not ‘exercise’ yoga. The techniques are said to be easy to learn and practice; no physical exercises, postures or special clothing is required.
One of the organisers of the Tower Hotel event says: “I feel the people of Derry could really benefit from Sahaja Yoga as it enables us to discover a source of inner peace, balance and contentment which is already present in a dormant state within each one of us.”
Next Tuesday’s event will take place between 7pm and 9pm.
