A Sports and Family Fun Day will be held this Sunday from 2 – 5 p.m. at the Charlie O’Donnell sports ground, Cockhill. There will be races, obstacle courses, toddler tents, Disney characters, fortune teller, Rickety Wheel, Teddy Bears’ picnic, Ireland player, Lee McCarron will attend at the penalty shoot-outs and much more. With fantastic prizes up for grabs donated from local business around Buncrana, come and enjoy a day’s craic with family and friends. Admission E5 for adults and E2 for children. All proceeds in aid of St Orans National School.

Interested in voluntary work with young people (10-18 years) in Buncrana? There are various regular or occasional opportunities for people over 18 years, including Drop-In work, homework club, grinds, junior and senior youth clubs. Inishowen A.C.’s ‘The Main Street Mile Sub 4 Minute Challenge’ will take place on Sunday 7th June on the Main Street from 7 p.m. also Fit for Life 5k will be at 11 a.m.
